11.19.09J/K – Fashion’s Night Out actually going to be 9-10-10Remember when I announced the return of Fashion's Night Out for September 9, 2010? Well, I was just kidding. Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and NYC & Company—the city’s marketing, tourism and partnerships organization—today announced that the date for Fashion’s Night Out will be changed from Thursday, September 9 to Friday, September 10, 2010. The initiative’s decision is based on its desire to maximize local consumer and tourist participation by holding the highly anticipated shopping event on a weekend evening.
